Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method used during purchase.
